Greetz all, i know those type of virus that change passwords and stuff, really hard to get rid off but since there is more than one virus able to change passwords, here is how i got rid of mine: if you get a e-mail from a brazilian company called orkut DONT OPEN IT, contains an .exe with a worm called DAYAFTER and change all the passwords you might have on temp.net.files, changing MSN or others, so if you got the DAYAFTER worm, try this password on ur blocked e-mail or other accounts: GUESTLOGIN

it worked for me. hope this will help you guyz out.

i think theres a way to like wipe out your entire operating system (whatever that means, my friends dad is a computer guy) so i suggest finding someone you know who can clear your entire computer and basically start it over. plus its good to do that anyway to get rid of any other junk on there.

If it's at all possible, use your search and search your computer for the system restore program and reset the settings for 5-6 months back and it should change those settings back and get rid of the virus. But if that doesn't work then yeah, you should probably wipe out the hard drive or take it to a professional because that sort of virus is probably going to be a pain in the ass.

I'd try wiping the hardrive... if you cant get on to anything and it messed with your antivirus then it probably messed up a bunch of other stuff... i just had one on mine and it wouldnt even let me on to my computer... but when/if you wipe it try to get a new antivirus like McAfee because it works really good, and Norton doesnt do a very good job...
