Tell her off, say that's my man I saw him first!...lol just having some fun, but that's what I would do. The NICE thing 2 do would be 2 ask her y she was doing it when she knows u like him. But let me warn u, flirting is very easy, and sometimes, u can't even tell u were flirting w/some1 until some1 gets mad @ u...hope I was of some help.

Let her flirt. You will be able to tell a lot by this. One, she is not your friend. Two, whether or not he likes you back. Three, if they wind up together you didn't need either of them.
Meanwhile, start looking for a new best friend. When she asks you why you aren't hanging out with her much anymore tell her exactly why. Reality checks are good every now and again.

-She is either trying to get him away from you maybe cuz she's jealous that guys like you(if lots of guys do) or she simply doesn't realize it.

-Make sure she knows and if she continues too flirt w/ him, then continue to talk to her about it.

aww tell her that you dont like what she is doing. be straight forward and let her know you'd like a chance with him. if she's a true friend she will respect you and back off. keep that in mind if she ignores your request =)
