Question Posted Wednesday September 29 2004, 7:18 pm
I was wondering if anybody could help me make a site. I want one with a layout and pretty designs and stuff but I'm not sure how to do all that. It would be a quote site. I want to make it at geocities and then move it to cjb.net. Could any patient person show me how to do all this and help me through all the steps? I could show some sites as examples on what I want. Also, would anybody be able to make the layout for me? I would really appreciate all this help and I rate for the most helpful people =c). Thanks!

The easiest way to make layouts is to use tables, though you shouldn't really [you should use css, but since you a begginer I think you might get away with tables]
I made this basic tutorial, that should help you somewhat: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
Unfortunatly I'm not very good at making graphics, so I just trawl the net for stock pictures. You could try browsing some other people's personal sites to get some insparation.
Have fun :) [ DruidX's advice column | Ask DruidX A Question ]
