you can buy a cutical clipper at walmart or something, just keep your cuticles short, that way itll b harder for them to break...

Laura answered Sunday September 26 2004, 10:03 pm: They do that if you wash your hands too much, or if your hands are dry. They make cuticle creams, just go to Wal-Mart of any other drug store and look for them.
anarchistangel answered Sunday September 26 2004, 10:02 pm: Put some of the medicated neo-sporen(sp) or the generic brand on them and wrap them in bandaids untill they heal. it's not exactly a long time thing but it keeps them looking nice for some time but they'll still break everynow and then... FernGully answered Sunday September 26 2004, 7:35 pm: Well if you bite your nails like I do, you'll end up with dry skin around your finger nails.
Lotion *should* be a temporary solution, I prefer Glysomed, I find it works really well for me. They also have cuticle treatments at say, a local drugstore. They usually come with a cream specifically for cuticles and a little tool for scraping off dead cuticle. [ FernGully's advice column | Ask FernGully A Question ]
