You can't do that on wordpad, but you can do that on Mspaint.

What you want to do is put some stuff in a text box. Unfortunatly word pad doesn't do this as its just a basic formatting proccessor.
Other word Processors can do this for you, like OpenOffice.org writer [avalable for both Linux and Windows], MS word, Star Office writer etc. Of those I mentioned OpenOffice.org and Star Office are free.

Once you have them, there should be some kind of drawing option, and then somthing like 'text box'. In OO.o it can be done two ways: Create a box using the draw functions and double click inside the box, or hold down the insert functions and a small dialouge will pop-up, and you can inset a text box [or Frame] like that.

WordPad is major suckage as a word processor.

Microsoft Word will do this for you, but you have to pay for it. I don't reccommend this. Either find a pirated copy, or go the legal alternative and use OpenOffice (available [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)), which is a free open source word processor. I built my computer, so it didn't come with Word, and I use OpenOffice for all my papers. It has the official DWH stamp of approval. :)

If you're talking about the heading, you go to insert, then header and footer. after that, you press close, and it goes away, but when you print, its there

In word pad, they dont do all that fancy stuff. So I suggest you get Micorsoft Word or WordPerfect! Just go to google and type it in. Good luck.
