Laura answered Tuesday September 21 2004, 8:23 pm: Cut a slit and then pull it a little bit, and then try washing them, or if you see a thread keep pulling it, or if you have a serrated knife be really careful and cut back and forth a little bit. Good luck!
XxSXyKaYlYnXx answered Tuesday September 21 2004, 8:10 pm: HEy you can make lil slits wear you want the hole to be and then tear it wear you want the hold to end! its a perfect hole with the little fringe tear look! WAsh them for a better effect!! [ XxSXyKaYlYnXx's advice column | Ask XxSXyKaYlYnXx A Question ]
XxRockon answered Tuesday September 21 2004, 7:02 pm: yeah i think you could just uses scissors, idk if u want like a mesy look or a clean look..but if u want a messy look you can pull the threads out so its not a perfect circle, if u want a clean look just cut a bigger hole and sew the edges inside the pants..hope i helped :) [ XxRockon's advice column | Ask XxRockon A Question ]
FrEe2bMe answered Tuesday September 21 2004, 7:00 pm: Okay, it's actually pretty simple. You're right you could just use scissors but it won't be fully done by just doing that. After cutting across with the scissors take a seam ripper and go alond the same area and any stray strnad pull it so it begins to pray. Then wash your jeans. This will also make it pray and have threads. Over time you'll get more and more. :)
**A seam ripper is a tool often used in sewing, like if something has stiches in it you can ripp through it with this tool. It's got like a base and then a point sharp/razory end. You can get them at fabric store or even Walmart in the Fabric Section** [ FrEe2bMe's advice column | Ask FrEe2bMe A Question ]
