Well, physically you need to get yourself a good supply of condoms, and make sure you use them!!Also,it might be a good idea to go to your OB or someplace like Planned Parenthood(www.plannedparenthood.com for locations) to see about getting on the pill or the depo shot.Just know that your first time probably isn't going to be the most comfrotable experience ever but it'll get better! ;) You might wanna invest in a lubricant of some sort to help with that!Hope this helps you out some!! :)

[1] Shave your area
[2] Get condoms
[3] Get the day after pill (even if you have a condom there is that chance)
[4] Strech out

* Make sure you REALLY like this guy because you can only loose it once *

Much Luv, Savannah

MoonFisher answered Monday September 20 2004, 11:10 pm:
There is no preparation physically. If you've hit puberty, your body is ready. You may want to shave a few things and experiment with masterbating so you feel more comfortable with your sexual side, but other than that, there is no physical preparation. Just make sure you have condoms available to you and use them.

Theres tons of stuff to do.. Shave down there, however you want to. Make sure your comfortable with this guy and you trust him. Make sure youre nice and clean.. **have protection** and finally.. relax! The more tense you are the more uncomfortable it will be. Good luck and be safe!!
