I wanna b the student concil rep. for my class in seventh grade...how can i win soo peeps will vote for me.....(and i am shy around the popular kids)

everyone likes a really nice person so go out of your way to make people feel good but dont sound to nice. also try to be outgoing! if you are going to b e shy than the people will think that you wont be good enough for the job! and remember to tell people to vote for you. im sure all your friends will!

Well heres what i can tell you. I tryed to get people to vote for me becuase i ran for Treasurer and Secretary my 7th and 8th grade year. Im in 9th now in Mt. Pleasant Sr. High. I tryed to get all kinds of people to vote for me. But unfortunately popular kids ran against me and i lost. Dont be shy around popular people. It never works. Be open minded. Dont let the popular kids push u out of running. Everyone is popular in their own way. Good luck.

ok not to bring you down, but you KNOW that all the popular people are gonna get the majority of the votes. that's how it is with every school. so you gotta STEP UP! be AGGRESSIVE! give out candy and stuff. and make all of your posters and flyers humorous. have lots of people represent you. promise alot of things that the school will benefit from and listen to what the students want! YOU CAN WIN!

Well, first of all don't be shy!!! Speak up! That's the best way for people to get to know you and all that you stand for. Introduce yourself to everyone you don't know, be nice, but also sincere!! Be helpful..show people your true colors and that you can and will make a difference. Don't just want to be a representative because it will make you look good or make you popualar..do it because you want to stand for something and contribute. Just be your self. Also, come election time make posters and have a good speech! Good luck! :)
