Ab's yea i was wondering if you guys have any advice to help me get abs...im 15 and 101 pounds i was 115 but i got sick and i didnt eat for 2 weeks so i lost weight...i have the figure to get abs but i just want to know how?? thanxs a lot <3

do 100 sit ups a night or at least 50 ]

do a lot of curl ups, sit ups, and scrunches. do like 30 a day of each. dont exercise 2 much cuz u'll ova wrk urself.

you can do sit ups and run for 30 min. a day drink water

Do different types of exercises [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) keep changing ur routine... cuz if u do the same thing everyday... ur body gets used to it & it has less effects ]
