leg lifts feeling?

this might sound reallly odd, but i get a "weird" feeling in my lower stomach when i do leg lifts from a hanging position and i was wondering if that happened to anyone else?

I agree, it's probably just that when you work out your legs, you're also working on your stomach muscles. Don't worry about it!

yAh thats normal! You use your stomache muscles when workin out your legs and it gives your stomache a weird achy feeling! it will prob get better once you do these for a while tho!

Yep, it happens to many people! Leg lifts have something to do with your stomach muscles too! Hope I helped :)
