WoRk OUTs Hey imm 16 female and wondering if you guys know of any workouts to get your arms bigger and more toned and your legs! workouts you can do @ home. IM pretty thin and have a skinny small figure. I just wanna look bigger and have a toned body and not so thin. got any ideas? thank yah!

Just run, and do pushups... don't try any of the crazy things people come up with, basics always work best. running tones your whole body and keeps you thin, and pushups are awesome. you can even try like the harder pushups where you put your hands together and form a triangle.. those work your triceps too. good luck! ]

You could run, jog in place, pushups, do handstands against a wall, leg raisies on a bar or somethin (it tones your arms and legs), lots of things. If you have seventeen, they always have workouts for you to do, and im sure others do as well!! If you need any clarification on anything or more things, drop it in my inbox!!! ]
