I dont understand.

Alright, sometimes when I ask a question, it will let like 3 people answer it then it will say this question has been deleted and blah blah blah. Why does it let so many people answer it, then they delete it??

because the mods rate questions..after you get 5 1's ur >?< gets deleted ..so ppl can answer it until then..it gets deleted if its bad or asked alot..look up help and itll give u examples of bad >?<s
