Question Posted Sunday August 29 2004, 1:19 am

I've been working at my work for almost 2 years now and I've liked my manager ever since I started working there. I'm only 17 years old... last year in high school and he's 21 so were not that much different in age. Well we have never really talked about us going out ever cause he is older and my one of my managers but he flirts with me so much. Everytime I'm around him I feel happy... and I'm actually excited about going to work. I dont know if he likes me but he always calls to just to say random things like what time do you goto work tommorow. Also, he trys to invite me places with him but it never works out, and always comments to other people when I can hear that he is not supposed to even have friendship relationships with employees out side of work. I can tell he feels something for me though. What should I do?

Well, you've got two options, the way I see it:
You can confront him about it - talk to him and tell him you've noticed the way he flirts with you, and that the feeling is mutual, and you'd like to try a couple of dates (the last bit is optional)
Or
You can leave it alone and see what happens. Just keep flirting and let fate take its course.
If I were in your situation, I'd probably do the first option and talk to him about what I see (and hear) and how I'd kind of like something to happen. Suggest maybe keeping it out of work so it doesn't get awkward.
Keep in mind, though, if you end up with him and the relationship doesn't go well or ends badly, work would be...icky. Lol
If you need more help, feel free to ask. That's why I'm here!
