I need GOOD grades to get into a certain group, and be consistent about it. Does anyone have study tips or ways I can pull off a good grade by the end of the year?

Rei answered Tuesday August 31 2004, 11:59 am: im not a good student myself, always trying my best to scrape all my subjects. but seriously i feel that Time Management is really important. leave urself sometime to study and some time to play. listen up in class, make little cards for ur notes and read through them wherever u go. and dun forget to drink loads of water!! avoid caffeine drinks like coke and coffee, although they do keep u awake (for late night studying), the content aint really good for ur body system.
hoped i helped and good luck for the exams! -Rei [ Rei's advice column | Ask Rei A Question ]

spidrmanSUPRGURL answered Wednesday August 25 2004, 2:19 pm: well i've heard that study in groups works and also eating while u study, because it is brain food! but don't try to cram for hours u should take a break every 20-30 mins. And if these don't work u could alwayz ask ur teacher or a friend for a tutor!

Laura answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 7:06 pm: Take notes. Anything important your teacher says, write it down in a special notebook. Do homework AS SOON as you get home, while your brain is still fresh on the material. Pay attention to everything, and don't cram for tests. Start studying as soon as you find out about them. And be sure to find out what chapters and material the test will cover. Also, if you have extra credit projects, do those.
xO_sTePhIe_Ox answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 6:18 pm: Hello =) In class, pay attention and be sure to write down everything your teacher says. I think a very important part of getting a good grade is doing the homework. Just simply get your homework done at night. And if you know that you have a test coming up, don't cram it all in the night before. Take it a day at a time. I hope I helped =) Feel free to leave one in the inbox if you'd like <3 Steph [ xO_sTePhIe_Ox's advice column | Ask xO_sTePhIe_Ox A Question ]

TucanFullOfHoles answered Tuesday August 24 2004, 4:52 pm: pay attention in class, and take very accurate notes. like VERY acurate notes and compare notes with a friend. read the chapter before you go over it in class. then read it after you go over it in class. if you do things three times they sink in better.
