ive been takin these pain reliever pills that have sleep aid in them to help me sleep, nd then last night i tried to not take them nd i was layin in bed from 1am to 6am wen i desided to take them cuz i couldnt sleep wit out them even tho i was so tired my eyes could hardly stay open but once i closed my eyes to go to sleep i couldnt get to sleep! so idk but i think i mite be like addicted to the sleepy pills, so wut should i do to get UN addicted nd still get the sleep i need??

You should see a doctor about the pain relievers cause that is very dangerous, but also ask the doctor if you could be an insomniac. It happens to a lot of us...

well, you sound sorta addicted to them...hate to break it to you..you would want to taper down on them...get one of your parents to help...like say you r takin 10 mg of that pill...you want to take it like 3 days in a row, then skip a day, 2days, skip a day, 1 day skip a day, then 5 mg for like 5 or 6 days, skip a day, etc. try talking to your doctor about it, and i hope i helped! good luck!

You are going to have to not take them cold turkey and just deal with it a few nights. Worrying about not sleeping makes it worse. Get some exercise to help you feel better because sometimes unexpended energy makes you sleepy. If you can't sleep, do relaxing things like listen to music or count stars or turn on the tv. Let yourself know its ok if you aren't sleeping, but you need to at least lay down and relax. Eventually, your sleep pattern will correct itself if you go to bed and get up at a regular time.

this is going to sound extreamly odd to do... it's something a baby would do but i'm telling you it works like a charm. drink warm milk. that has worked for almost all of my friends. and if you don't like milk... eat a bunch of food before you go to sleep (not chocolate or anything with sugar or cafein[sp?]), exersize so that way you can get into shape AND it makes you tired!... hope i helped!

Try staying up for a whole day, that way you are tired at night when you want to go to sleep, that way you'll be so tired and exhausted like that you won't need the pills to sleep
