Make them funny by laughing or don't worry about them so much. Don't take it so seriously... embarrassing things happen to everyone whether others would admit it or not.... people make the same mistakes you do.

think of the things that happened to others and how you found humor in it. not everyone is going to think you made a fool of yourself. some people are just going to laugh to relieve tension and it's all over after that, seriously it is.

Realize that life carries on, and whether you do or not is up to you. But people get over things, and you'll be fine sooner or later. Everyone has had embarrassing things happen to them, it's just life taking it's course.
