Should I go for it?

Question Posted Tuesday August 17 2004, 8:20 pm

I'm a little unexperienced in the dating world. Entering highschool and having only dated one person is nothing to boast about. I have a hard time realizing that guys are cute and always needing a second opinion... But this guy, is different, I've known him since Elementary and he's a Buddhist, Commie, and Libral Democrat. I think I'm in love. The problem. 1) I don't know how to approach him, 2) My friend, we'll call her Sarah and her best friend Melanie, likes him too... They've always had no trouble and are putting me under a lot of pressure. Don't know what to do... Help?

Ok well sorry to burst your bubble.. but if these two girls like him than you really shouldnt go out with him.. it will hurt your friends.. And to approach a guy just hang out with him more and maybe when the time is right just kiss.. or you can write him a letter or you can just tell him how you feel and maybe he will like you too!
Hope I Helped!!

well if you really like him then you should go for it. just tell him how you feel. if you're comfortable around him then tell him that you've only had one b/f but you still like him. when i went into highschool i didnt have much experience at all. but you learn. and as for your friends, well you never really find a guy you like right? and they do. so you should go for it because im sure in a few days they'll find someone else that they like too. good luck. hope i helped.

Alright guys like girls that are confident and can be able to just walk up and say "hey your cute" or "hey i like you" I guess its a turn on or whatever and they are attracted to girls like that. and about your friend... She'll get over it... in a week or so she'll be over him... Just tell him how you feel. Goodluck

You should probably be friends with him and get to know eachother further than looks before you become any more. Talk to him in classes, and hopefully your friends wont attempt this approach also.

Talk to him before your friends do! Get his sn or talk to him in person. It's a;ways easier to talk to someone online..so I'd talk to him there and just let him get to know you anf flirt alot :) Hope I helped!

Think about this really hard: Do you really like like him? If your answer is yes, then you need to talk to him in a way that shows that your kinda interested, but not trying to be your regular slut. Since you dont look at guys and totally drool, like your friends do, then you know that he'll give you a better chance then the other 'pros'.

hope i helped!!
