I need some really great ideas for some stores to shop at for back to school shopping. I really want to look good in front of my friends and people at school and i wasn't that popular last year but people still liked me. I just need a way to get popular. And i know you're all going to say "oh just be yourself" or something but seriously people i need help with more than that!!! I don't know who the real me is anymore!!
EmbracedxRain answered Tuesday August 17 2004, 7:12 pm: First of all, you really shouldn't worry about being popular.. It isn't everything. Just have fun with what you wear! Go in all kinds of stores and buy anything that you like. Try different accessories or other little things to make your look stand out, maybe try new hairstyles or ways of doing your makeup. Do what you like, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Just you.

If someone doesn't like you for who u are then they're a dumbass! Good Luck XOXO! [ XxXSwtBlondieXxX's advice column | Ask XxXSwtBlondieXxX A Question ]
Dom answered Tuesday August 17 2004, 5:15 pm: Well instead of just going out to buy clothes, why not get one of your friends that are really popular and take him/her clothes shopping with you so you can find out what you want to wear. If she/he is popular they can go ahead and pick out the right kind of clothes for you so you dont have to worry about it and think your dumb for picking out the wrong kind of outfit. Also that way if people dont like it you can just say " eh...someone picked it out for me and i was just giving it a try" lol hoped my advice helped.
