hey i need someone's help uploading a picture, i don't know how to make it smaller so if someone can help i'd appreciate it

Copy and paste the image onto Window's Classic Paint. Then go to IMAGE... STRETCH/SKEW, and gRadually make the pictuRe smalleR be loweRing the peRcentage. Check to see if it fits eveRy tRy oR so.. that way you don't make it smalleR than it has to be!! Goodluck!! Hope I helped!! =D

u cant make it smaller n any way unless u take stuff out! in paint! or u need a animation shop!

Did you try editing it in "paint". Then clicking on "Image" then "Stretch or Skew". Then just decrease the percent under stretch until it's small enough.

Well it depends on what kind of cam or digital camera you use. If your using a digital camera im not sure cause i dont use those:P. And if your using a cam you cant save it as a JPG. file cause thats bigger than the expectations. What im recommending is just go ahead and mess around with the cam until something works basically save it in different files and save it under different names that kind of stuff. Sorry i wasnt much help.

um I'm not to sure but I tried to put on alot of different pictures of me till I took one that I had placed on my web site and it was like a bit smaller then the rest and it worked...I'm not sure I helped but I hope
