have any of you been in a inter-racial relationship where ur parents and family didnt approve? if so what happened? and do u have any advice for me?

Well I havent been in one but I know a bunch of people that have, they just showed their family how much they really really liked the guy and how good of a person he was, and brought him around and made their family meet him

i recommend staying away from inter-racial relationships altogether. I know that may sound a bit shalow but they are usually not the easiest or the most fun things in the world.....now if you do decide to stick with him because you "Love" him, or think you love him make sure you are prepared for a lot of other people weather it be relatives or just random people also disapprove of your relationship. prepare for many and when i say many i mean many prejudice sneers and remarks from a multitude of people including ones youd never expect.

im more black than italian so i guess that puts me as black! im also in an interreacial relationship with a wonderful white guy! so i say as long as u love this guy and ur happy, SCREW what ur rents say! color doesnt matter when it comes to <33 or nething else!!!!!!!
yes my father disaprooves but ive been doing it all my life so he HAS to accept it. your parents cant make u date a certain race so go with ur heartt!

I have never been in a inter-racial relationship.. So i dont know how you feel.. but do your parents disapprove because hes of a different background.. or does he have a rep of doing bad things... but your parents are just looking out for you.... There could be trouble with mixed backgrounds.. I've had some friends who've had some trouble.
