It could be an ingrown hair .. or herpes // some other STD. Some people don't show symptoms. You + your boyfriend should both get checked for STD's anyways, it's always good to know.

It doesnt have to be HIV. there are more sexually transmitted diseases such as herpes, which can cause the bumps. you can never be sure if the person doesnt have STDs or not. sometimes the sypmtoms are not visible. go to the gyno and get it checked out. you can get on meds to tone it down or cure it.

Sexually transmitted diseases - some have no symptons. Some only 'show up' on females, and not males. Some people have certain diseases go immediately dormat, while others react and show their infection.

Your boyfriend could have easily received an STD and passed it on to you - you need to get checked out by a doctor. Even if this bump disappeared in five minutes, you need to go to a doctor.

You should get tested for STDs, as should your boyfriend. Some diseases can be passed even if you are wearing a condom, including herpes...which can appear as little red bumps.

If you shave "down there", it might be an ingrown hair. Or it might be a bug bite of some sort. Hope I helped :)
