Can anyone tell me how to do that new hair style where your hair kinda **foofs** at the top? (( ex. jessica simpson, pink kinda ahh ashlee simpson once in a while)) lemme know!! i rate high!!
xolilcutie186ox answered Friday August 13 2004, 2:57 pm: ok so heres wat u do. when u get outta the shower heres wat u do. ok so 1st u gotta put mousse in it. like paul mitchel or panteen. then get ur hair dryer and a round brush.. a big one with the pointy bristles. n blow dry your hair up. like stand up and take the brush n brush towards the celing while your drying it. when your done it will be like that on the top!

FernGully answered Friday August 13 2004, 3:27 am: Before putting your hair up, grab a comb and start combing your hair from an inch above your scalp to your scalp. Its called teasing. After you've teased it, your hair should have a little extra 'umph' to it. You can then pull it up into a loose but poofy-ish pony tail, or leave it down with some extra body. You might want to smooth it down a bit after, because it may look a little frizzy right after you've teased it.
