What the youngest baby do you think that you would put a 14 year old in charge of? And do you really think that at 14 they are responsible? (link)

It depends on you if they think that you are responsible..when i was 14, I wou ld babysitt a 11 month old. And i babysitted her for like 4-5 hours. If she hasnt shown you a reason that she/he isnt responsible thenit is up to you to see how old of a baby they can sit for. But what i think is that it depends on how much they have been irresponsible

Just wear your ahir differnt everyday..sometimes put some curl at the bottom or wear it straight or have the "cute rough look" and switch it up...you can always use variety in your hair but be sure to take care of it!! and when you go get your hair cut or trimmed tel her that you would like something differnt..and she can help alot, she might out some color in it or maybe give it layers or thin it! But try differnt things on your hair...i think somethign is really cute is braiding a couple of strands of your hair at the top and then in the morning undo the braids and then you have crimped hair..but not all of it..just something kinda differnt

You should tease your hair and then use alittle of smoothing gloss on it to calm the frizz but not alot or it might look greasy...you then can put ina cute ponytail or leave it down...but dont forget to use hairspray

That can be hard...and knowing you live in diffent states is bad b/c he is so far away but also can be dangerous! You ahve to watch out...but ppl meet over the internet all the time. Maybe you will get to meet soon, but other than that you need totry and see other ppl.

I think you need to let him know that you are just friends.....the reason i say this is "guys want what they cant have"...yea considering your 14 is intersting b/c my best friend was and hass been my best friend since we were in 5th grade and im going into 10th and i still loe him adn i still talk to him. If he is your best friend be "friends" and thats it....b/c if you are wanting to rush into something then it wont work and if it wanst meant to be then it wont happen and you will find someone else

so you want to be cool, and thats all, i would say just be yourself but i understnad its more than "just being yourself..even though thats the way it should be. If your popular friend is cool then yes hang out with her! DO NOT change yourself thou! i mean yea be you but of course you cna change the way you dress or how you do your hair. Its life and sometime life can be cruel but you will be cool to any of your friends, but if the "cool crowd" doesnt accept you as you(which they will) the dont worry about them!

Your 23 year old cousin passed away and now that you realize that...its better for you to know that, thats one step..but you have to start telling yourself she is n a better place because she is! Just think about it as if she was needed for something bigger and better! Everything happens for a reason..yet it may seem unfair,but its for the best. you have to understand that you are also going to get stronger from this and you will soon understand all that. You will i promise!

You wear it on the bttom of your eye...dont put it under your whole eye but where your bottom eyelashes and your tear-duct are connected to! WEll if you just want regular black eye-liner you can get it from wal-mart it works good! And its cheap..but when you start wearing color on your eyes still go to wal-mart but get a darker color than a really pale color b/c the pale colors wont show up! And it really helps to know what color your eyes are so that we can tell you what color you should use...but of course you can ask anoter question...lol..Good luck

If you think about her that much..then you need to let her know! You sound really sweet but what happens when she might fall in love with someone else. You needto ask her out and if you dont you will live your life wondering about her..or at least a couple of years. How old are you anyways? but yet you still need to let her know how you feel, dont exactly tell her you love her but let her know that you like her! you might scare her off by telling her you love her unless she has strong feelings too for you! and i dont think you know if she does! but let her know that you dont want to screw up what her and her boyfriend have..or just wait till she is single again!

I think that he is flirting...it sounds like he likes you, but yet guys can be sweet talkers...If you like him then just kinda be like "how come we never got the hook-up..lol, and then see what he says.some guys will flirt even if they have girlfriend. But if it isnt his girlfriend then oh well...dont you think 2 people are cute at the same time?!?!
