Workouts ok i know this has been asked a billion times already but oh well.
i am perfectly comfortable with how i look except for my stomache. it could be skinnier. i go back to school in about 3 weeks and i want to know some good workout ideas to get my stomache firmer by then.
if you have any ideas at all that you know will work, write back!!!

the best thing to do is run! haha run every day...and then wen u get bakk do some crunches if your up to it! u should loose ur stomache!!!

exercise and eat healthy! try doing crunches..situps and stuff like that to tighten up your stomach! good luck! =)

Hi. to form up your tummy you can do some sit ups. or if you have a youga ball you can lay on that and do the sit ups. thats the best way i heard of so far. you can do it right before you go to bed as much as you want or whenever you have a good time to do this. hope i helped! x3 SweetStar. ]
do about 75-100 crunches 2 times a day every other day, drink lots of water, dont eat alot of carbs, and lay on your back with your arms propped up and lift your legs up about a foot off the ground and holdh them up until it hurts..do that 5 times 5 times a day!! good luck!!
