i can't seem to lose weight what should i do!!??i am always called fat and even though nobody on here knows me, im still just too embaressed to say my weight!IM ONLY 13!!

try cutting down on the fats u eat look at labels on the food eat fat free and low fat stuff or sugar free and drink diet pop also wake up about 20 mins earlier and go jogging my friend lost almost 50 lbs now doing that so im positive itll work

Well its always good to excersize and stuff!..maybe you can do like 20 situps when u wake up and like 20 before you go to bed everyday..and go for walks, and jogg alot, and maybe you can eat only 3 meals a day with light little snacks!..xOx CrYsTaL

ok ! u should start by not caring so much of wat u ppl think tryin stopp lookin at ur outer appereance start lookin inside u tryin to find who u really are ! it doesn't matter wat u look like it matters wat kind of person u are and if ppl don't accept u cuz of wat u look like they got straight up probablems!! hope i helped !! <33`britt

Well, first off, you should watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then eat fruits and veggies. Secondly, you need to get exercise. I recommen walking in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes a day. Also, you should do leg lifts, arm curls and crunches or situps. For leg lifts, you just lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg but if you can do more then great! For arm curls, if you have small weights this will help but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest and back down. I recommend doing at least 50 on each arm. One last thing, you should stretch before going to bed. It may help you to sleep better and you burn fat while sleeping. I hope this helps and good luck!
