makeup....?
i'm having a definete dilemma! i go to an all girls school, so makeup isn't a big deal. in the grade i'm going into, people wear makeup more, and i love wearing makeup, but just... don't. not regularly, at least. how can i start wearing make up without it being obvious??? and also, you know when u see celebs and they aren't wearin makeup, and they look wierd... almost like sickly, just cuz you're used to seeing them with makeup.... well i don't want that to happen to me!!! if i don't feel like putting on my makeup, i don't want it to be obvious! any way to wear makeup subtley, but not pointlessly???? (by pointlessly, i mean like if i looked the same as before, it would be stupid to even wear makeup)

The reason for people on t.v. look like that cuz their in bright lights and in camera! Just like when im in a Recital for dance they want you to wear makeup for you dont look weird cuz of the lights! Why dont u just start out with a little at a time of make up!

Yeah this is pretty simple. Try a base/foundation that matches your skin. Get a liquid/powder base mix! Covergirl advertises them. You can use them all over your face or just where you need cover ups (like pimples or blemishes) Also try a light eye shadow (a natural brown, a creamy white, soft blues, ect.) and add just a little to your eyes! I think I get what you mean! Try using a tinted moisturizer on your skin instead of a foundation. Wear light or pastel eyeshadow and if you want to wear mascara make sure to keep it clump-free. For your lips,wear a nude or very light pink lipgloss/stick (for ex. Jlo) Good Luck!

im with you...i RARELY wear make-up...guys dont like gurls wearin too much make-up!! they like natural beauty!! celebrities only look bad cuz your used to see them lookin all pretty and made over but in the real world, no one wears "dramatic" make-up!! but w/o looking "pointlessly" you al your should wear is eye-liner and lip gloss..not much. thats all i really do

If i were you i would choose to go for the nuetral theme. if you are pail in skin tone , like me, you should choose to make the colors complement your skin.. to were its not so dark... well here is a website that has tons about make-up and everything else!...

Well all you have to do is apply it VERY naturally. Like hardly any. So if someone sees you without makeup, you won't look much different. So just remember, "less is more." If you put on less makeup, it will make it look like you're wearin more! Good luck! -J. Fitz

*Make-up is so much fun!*
You should def. just start with a little mascara and eyeliner...eyeshadow can make you look VERY done up...like you're ready for boradway or something! Don't use all over foundation unless you think you really, really need to. It looks waaay more natural just putting concealer on spots that need it and blending it in to you're natural skin tone. Green cover sticks can make the redness go away in zits and blemishes and yellow cover sticks makes eye bags go away* Bronzer can be helpful in the winter, to make you look tanner..but it won't really stick good unless you're wearing foundation..so you have to experiment to find out how to do it so you don't look like one color all over!* If you're brown haired/black haired use BLACK mascara and anything else use dark brown! and not putting it on your bottom lashes makes it look more natural! Wear eye shadown.. brown eyeshadow so its not as dark.. and wear colors that almost match your skin.. you dont have to even change yourself cuz all the other girls are =) you look beautiful the way you are =D if you have ne more questions bout make up ;) you know where to find me!
