i need help..i really feel like im fat..my friends say that im not but i really think i m. i am 13 years old nd i weigh 120 pounds..my sister is 14 nd she weighs like 90 pounds...nd shes super skinny..she eats so much more than me nd shes still skinnier!! sumtimes i cry at night cuz i feel so fat...ive tried exercisin nd dietin..i even went on a starvation diet for two days but then i stopped cuz it wasnt healthy..even tho i lost 10 pounds...i hav a pool nd i go swimmin alot but i dont like to be seen in a bathin suit..i always go swimmin alone..i really need help..can sumone please help me!!

sweetie you're not fat!! you're sister sounds like she's balimic if she weighs 90 friggin pounds and also you might not be fat depending on how tall you are... i'm 5'3" and a half and i weigh 125 and i'm completely comfortable with my body you're not fat and i'd start getting concerned about your sister because being 14 years old and weighing 90 pounds is not normal at all

hey.. first of all, it doesn`t really matter about yur weight! and yu shouldn`t be self concious about it! and try eating ONLY healthy foods.. and don`t eat like 10 extra meals.. eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then maybe one or two snacks at the most.. but make them salads, fruits and vegetables, all the good stuff... and yu can run, swim (without being worried) or, try one of those excersize videos! they`re fun!! lol.. just relax and live yur life =o) hope i helped

U should be proud of your body ad trust me your not fat im 13 too and i weigh 125 or suntin like dat its perfectly healthy but if u wanna try n lose sum weight even though u prolly dont need 2 but wat u can do iz try n eat maybe healthier foods if u dont eat that healthy and like go runnin or walkin!!!!

ok first off im a wrestler so i know about loseing weight. but while i dont know about how a girl feels when she is over weight i know how to lose lbs. first off it sounds like ur not overweight. but if u feel like u are then i suggest jogging. it is the best excersize ever it will help u out with ur problem tremendisly. and if there is a certain part of ur boady that u feel needs more work than outher parts then work that part of ur boady using low weight just do it more times.

Dear Unconfortabe,
you arent fat, your sister has a higher matabalizm, which means her food digests faster. you can try a diet that doesnt harm you, that might make you feel a little better about yourself. my friend is going through the same thing. i think that you should try going swimming in your pool with your friends and try one piece swimsuit to start with. then when you feel comfortable with them around, try going to a YMCA or a public pool. and then when you feel more comfortable about yourself you can move into a two piece. i hope i helped! *Marielle*

It doesnt sound like you are overweight to me, it sounds like your sister is underweight. But if you are truly concerned, ask your doctor. They have a chart that shows ideal weight depending on how tall you are and how old you are. Then you can discuss some healthy ways to get in shape. Don't ever feel bad about yourself though. This creates low self esteem and people can sense that. Love yourself and be good to yourself. Don't do the starvation thing again. You need nutrients that are essential to stayng healthy and losing weight.
