You lean with your back to tha wall and have a friend hold tha heal of your foot. Then they bring it up little by little and you push as hard as you can with your leg muscles. It really helped me for cheerleading preperation. Hope I could help! =) [ x0x_l_iNnOcEnCex_l_x0x's advice column | Ask x0x_l_iNnOcEnCex_l_x0x A Question ]
MFS answered Thursday August 5 2004, 12:05 am: keeping your foot flat on the ground behind you, place the opposite leg in front of you and lean forward, pivoting on your back ankle. This will stretch your calf muscle. You can also place the balls of both feet up on a slightly elevated surface and lean forward with your heels on the lower ground. As with all stretches, make sure your muscles are warmed up prior to stretching. [ MFS's advice column | Ask MFS A Question ]
