i used to dance so this is an easy one.

sit on the floor with ur legs staright out infront of u....reach over and try to grab ur toes. if u cant its cool just go as far as u can. if you point your toes itll stretch a diff part of ur leg and if u realease ur foot muscle itll stretch an entirly diff part. good luck!

Okay, well for a simple warmup for that part of your leg you need a family member/friend and a wall. You lean with your back to tha wall and have a friend hold tha heal of your foot. Then they bring it up little by little and you push as hard as you can with your leg muscles. It really helped me for cheerleading preperation. Hope I could help! =)

keeping your foot flat on the ground behind you, place the opposite leg in front of you and lean forward, pivoting on your back ankle. This will stretch your calf muscle. You can also place the balls of both feet up on a slightly elevated surface and lean forward with your heels on the lower ground. As with all stretches, make sure your muscles are warmed up prior to stretching.
