school's coming

Question Posted Wednesday August 4 2004, 3:22 pm

I'm starting school in like 2 weeks. I'm nervous because I made the cheer squad this year. Every one said I would make it but I wasn't sure. I did end up making it but idk.. iI'm just so nervous that I'll mess up. any advice?

Just do the same thing you did to try out. Think of all those girls that didnt make it... and what you have that they dont. Just be yourself... you can only try your best. And people would know that you arent bad if you made the squad. Just be glad you did :-D

good luck...xoxo

congrats! well you were obviously good if you made it, and you said all your friends thought you would make it but you didnt think so. So maybe you're just too strict on yourself! Don't worry about it so much, sure you might mess up but you'll get better. just practice your routines alot. It'll be so much fun. you made it when you thought you werent gonna, so you're probably better than you think

Obviously, you have talent. You made the squad so they saw something they like. If you are nervous, it might affect your performace. Just be confident and comfortable. You'll be fine. good luck!

thats great that u made it!! so u obviously made it for a reason, they thought u were good enough so dont worry!im sure all the other girls on the squad are just as nervous as u! so just talk to them about their worries! cheering is nerve wracking but once u get out on the floor its alot of fun and ull forget about everything! have fun with it!
