Reply soon!!! Ok, can anybody tell me some good exercises for toning and strengthening my inner thighs and my calf muscles? Also, do you know any good excersises to make your tummy smaller? Mine is not too big, but it's popping out and I wanna get rid of it before it's too late...but I don't wanna look like a man either.

leg lifts work for ur whole leg! lay on ur side with ur legs straight out and just lift the one on top! its really easy and it works then after a few of those lay on ur other side and do the smae thing with the other leg! then for ur calf just go up and down on ur tippy toes to flat feet do those things every night and sooner or later ull see a difference!hope i helped! ]
for you inner thighs do squats. and for you tummy do sit ups - it helped mine and got me toned! hope i helped! good luck and God bless!

crunches... jogging, running, leg lifts, thidh lifts, butt lift, back kick, toe touch, elbow -to-knee sit up, butt balance, rool ups, shoulder stand, side twists, six pack twist

Just do some Pilates.. or crunches.. Search Pilates on the internet.. They REALLY work.. we learned them in PE class... they really help tuck your tummy and work your abs ]
