crystal200022us answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 2:01 pm: I recommend watching your calorie intake and don't eat past 7pm. If you need a snack then snack on fruits and veggies. Also, I recommend walking in your neighborhood at least 30 minutes a day. Some other exercises that I recommend are doing leg lifts. For those, you just lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg but definitely do more if that's too easy. Another exercise I do are arm curls. For those, if you have small weights this will help but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest. I recommend doing 50 on each arm to start out with. And, keep doing your situps. That's another good exercise. One last thing, I recommend stretching before you go to bed because it will help you to sleep better and that's when you burn fat. I hope this helps!

Hello180 answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 12:00 pm: Just watch what you eat and it will come off slowly. Also, make sure you eat enough, if you eat too little, your body starts going into starvation mode and conserves almost everything you eat into fat. Try to look on lables and avoid things really high in saturated fats. If your into sports, don't go on a low carb diet. Your body uses carbs for energy during physical activity. Also, in endurance situations, your body uses carbs to help it burn fat as another energy source. [ Hello180's advice column | Ask Hello180 A Question ]
