i love swimming so much and i heard that swimming is a good exercise to do when ur tryin to lose weight... i wanted too no how long i have too swim and wut swims i should do... i weigh about 120 and i wanna lose 20 pounds.. along w/ swimming im doing crunches.. leg squats.. leg lifts.. and tryin too watch wut i eat.. sum1 plz help meh i needa lose 20 pounds in like 4 weeks!!
BabiiBubbles answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 5:29 am: Well if you're swimming you should probably be on a team, that's better for you, because they include leg and stomache exersizes alot. They work you out tons! It does really help, I was on a team for 5-6 years, when you swim make sure you do Fly (especially) it's soo hard, then Free, Breast and Back strokes.. PuReLuVeR143 answered Tuesday August 3 2004, 3:37 am: for swimming this is what u do...do 4 laps of 1st- butterfly, 2nd-back, 3rd-breast, 4th-free...do those one after eachother..then take like a 2 minute break..then do that 5 times..then that should do it for tha day...its hard so itll keep ur heart going..
