tooo much? ok look im 5'1 and im 13 and i weight bout 150! i dont look thatt fat but how can i loose it in one month

Losing weight takes time. Ive struggled with weight problems my whole life. It takes time and commitment. Ive tried weight watchers and that works wonders. Ive recently joined curves and thats great too. But there is always thos pills you take before and after you eat and slim fast. work out...dont sit on the couch and vege hope i helped! ]
umm i would say eat ur breakfast in the morning cuz if u dont ull gain weight... and umm no way ur gonna lose that much in a month sorry. cuz before u lose weight u gain weight... hte body eats away the muscle before the fat so eat right excersise and GET UP AND DONT BE A LAZY ASS!

drink water...no pop...pop gains weight on u like crazy...dont eat as much as u normally do..have like a salad...n something else...and exercise...and it will work...u just gotta stick to it everyday for a month and if u do that u will probably loose alot ]
