I was doing Capoeira (brazilian karate) and I hurt my leg and it's getting worse. What should I do?

first of all, capoeira is awesome. i've always wanted to take it. anyways, i got a knee injury playing soccer, it eventually got worse, and i ended up going to a physical therapist. you should probably get that done too, in case you might have an inflammed tendon or something like that. ice it for at least 20 minutes a day, and rest it. good luck *gabby*

Get to the doctor as soon as possible.. it may be an option you dont want to take but you might have a serious condition and it could get brutal if you dont stop it before it really gets bad. ... hope i helped
