i would say it's not cause like he will prolly get the impression that u aren't into him that much if u are off gettin with some other dude so i would suggest if u wanna get with someone get with the new guy not ur ex

well it all depends. who do you want to be with? your ex or the other guy. being with either guy is okay. you just have to make up your mind.
