Am I obsessive compulsive if i constantly have to crack my toes, or move my feet? also i have to put me teeth together in a weird way. I've tried to not crack my toes, but then it feels as if my legs are numb. i have to be able to move my toes in my socks and shoes, is this normal? please help!

lotz of ppl have 2 constantly move and stuff. idk if its comletely normal.. but ur fine, i wouldnt worrie. but maybe u shud ask ur doctor why it happens and if it will effect u or harm u or w/e.

haha..i have the same lil foot problem..i thought i was crazy..like my toes ALWAYS have to be crossed and i buy my shoes a 1/2 size bigger so i can move my toes..yah ima freak sorry..lol but i told my doctor and she said its perfectly normal!don't worry..she said a lot of people have the same problem but there's really nothing you can do! ..xO`lexi plz rater

well i do the same thing but with my legs- i cant keep them still. i dont think its normal but unless it really negativly affects your life dont worry about it

Well, I think that it's normal for a lot of people actually. I constantly pop my knuckles and toes. I also always actually have to be moving in some sort of way whether it's my feet or something else so I don't think you have anything to worry about. I hope this helps.

mOst peOple have a cOmpulsive of sOme sort... yOu cant usually over cOme it.. its sOmethinq that rOots back to maybe yOur childhOod or maybe yOu were bOrn with it, fiqure Out why yOur feet need to mOve and maybe it will help, but sOme peOple like me, can`t qet over there cOmpulsives, its nOt a bad thinq unless it hurts sOmewOn..sO be careful and qOod luCk!
