crystal200022us answered Saturday July 31 2004, 9:38 pm: Some of the things I recommend are doing leg lifts for your legs. Basically, you lay on one side and bring your legs up and down. I would start out with 30 on each leg but if that's too easy then do more. Also, try doing some crunches or situps. That should definitely help and maybe walking in your neighborhood. I would walk at least 30 minutes a day. One last thing, watching your calorie intake will help. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then eat fruits and veggies. I hope this helps and good luck!
