Im not fatt.. .. but im not skinny...

Im not actually that big... im 5'3 - 5'4 about 135-140 pounds with musclular legs. I just need to loose some waist and thigh fat.

Is there any simple exercises I can do to loose inches in these areas??

a good exercise is crunches...do about 200 a day and you should be shedding those pounds! ;) good luck!

Some of the things I recommend are doing leg lifts for your legs. Basically, you lay on one side and bring your legs up and down. I would start out with 30 on each leg but if that's too easy then do more. Also, try doing some crunches or situps. That should definitely help and maybe walking in your neighborhood. I would walk at least 30 minutes a day. One last thing, watching your calorie intake will help. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then eat fruits and veggies. I hope this helps and good luck!

I don't know any exercises myself, but I see my mom following exercising tapes every morning. They've definitely worked for her and made her feel better. Maybe you should try a tape and see if it works.
