hey.. im 12 and 5'0 and i weigh 102 im not sure if thats like fat but i mean im a 14 jeans (girls) and ihave very muscler legs.. sadly and its my stomach like i can suck it in and be fine but the sides like poke out! and all i want it to not have to suck it in! like just breathe out and still be thin! all my friends r! and its sooo not fair i think! plz help me lose my extra weight! ill rate! <3

crystal200022us answered Saturday July 31 2004, 9:35 pm: First of all, I don't think you're fat. That's a good size to be at for your height. If you do want to lose weight, though, I do have a few suggestions. First, watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need to snack eat fruits and veggies. For exercise, you should go walking in your neighborhood for at least a half hour. Also, you can do leg lifts. For those, you want to lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. If that's too easy then definitely do more. For the arms, you should do some arm curls. If you have small weights that would help but for these you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest. I recommend doing at least 50 on each arm. Also, doing crunches or situps will help your stomach. One last thing, I recommend doing stretches before you go to bed. Those will help you to relax and sleep better and while you're sleeping that's when you burn fat. I hope this helps and good luck!
