you might have anxiety. thats how i used to be before i founf out i had it. i went to a dr and i talked with her about it, and she really helped me with it. i still have it, but it isn't as bad as it was. so i suggest you go to a dr too and help yourself. good luck *gabby*

You sound alot like me. And I know that one thing that brings that on me, is my home problems. Now I'm not saying that you have home problems, but maybe you should go over what makes you feel stressed, mad or angry, then see if you can fix it. If you figure out what it is, and cant do nothing, then you can either put in mine, or justpost a new one, I will answer again,.

Absolutely. I'm doing the same thing. Try meditating in bed before u fall asleep. Yeah i know it sounds weird, and it doesn't work that wellfor me, but maybe it will work better for you.

During the day though, try playing some highly competitive sports like basketball or football or something like that. Exercise. Swimming jogging ANYTHING!

Keep a journal near your bed. Write in it whenever you can't fall asleep about whatever is stressing you out. Once you figure out what is stressing you, first keep writing in the journal, its a good way to vent, and then try to de-stress yourself.

2 AM is kind of late. What are you stressing over? Maybe I can help you out. Try not thinking of all the stress you are under. Try listening to music softly while trying to go to sleep or watching TV. Sometimes I don't get to sleep til later at night because I sit in my bed thinking of things lol. So yea, its normal!
