Hey im 15/F and i am 5"10 and i weigh 220 lbs i dont look overweight with clothes on but without i do its wierd im getting more and more self concious about my body i have like a flap that hangs down over my belly button that i refer to as "babyfat." But im tired of being this way my goal weight would be to weigh like 140-150 but nothing more so i have to lose like 70-80 lbs. does anyone know of any diet pills that can help u lose weight fast and good diet plans like weight watchers or something-Also im not very active and i dont have a way of going anywhere and its like 105 out everyday and i have asthma so i cant be outside so what kind of activity could i do indoors and be @ home?? I really need help my bad area is my stomach and i need to lose alot of weight not tone it so please help me and whoever does i will rate 5!!! thanks 4 the help!
Well..one year i lost 20 lbs..and i was shocked to find out that i lost that much cuz i wasnt even trying to diet! I basically kept very busy. Sure i excerised..but not to the extreme..i was just always doing something. If you excersize a little bit after each meal, and eat sensibly, you`ll see results.
It will take time to lose it all..so commit yourself! Good luck

crystal200022us answered Wednesday July 28 2004, 3:21 am: I totally understand where you're coming from. I've been dieting myself and it seems to work. I don't recommend diet pills because those aren't good for you. Here are the things I do: First of all, definitely watch your calorie intake. Eat 3 meals a day and don't eat as much as you're used to. You'll not want to eat past 7pm either but if you need snacks then I recommend fruits or veggies. Believe me, it will be hard at first but you'll get used to it. Secondly, I recommend definitely exercising. If you can walk outside that's good but there are things you can do inside. I do leg lifts which you lay on one side and prop your head up with your hand and then bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with 30 on each leg. If it's too easy definitely do more. Also, I do arm curls. If you have small weights this will help but basically you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbow still you'll want to bring the weights up to your chest. Do as many of those as you can! Also, do crunches or situps and one last thing I recommend stretching before bed. That always helps too. I really hope this helps and good luck!

Maybe do some crunches and leg lifts... maybe get some videos to watch...and to tell the truth most diet pills dont work! :-/ good luck i hope you get what you want!

DrAnqel answered Wednesday July 28 2004, 2:47 am: you dont need to rate me.. that doesnt matter, what matters is that you need to lose weight, you cant take a diet pill, because that just wont work, sorry, but what you need to do is not go on a diet, but just change your way of eating, you should stay away from carbs and sweets unless your planning on burning it off, good ways to do that, rent some tae-bo .. sounds weird, but you can lose weight and learn how to get a battery charge! losing weight isnt going to be a fast thing. In 5 weeks if you stay away from carbs n sugars and have a reqular exercise plan including lots of cardio, then you can lose upto 5 inches on your stomach, im trying it and my friends said that i look a little thinner and i've been doing this eating plan for maybe 3 weeks, but you really need to be committed to your workout and eating plans, if your not, then you will see no results, i hope i helped and i hope that you do lose weight! -Anqel [ DrAnqel's advice column | Ask DrAnqel A Question ]
