Sporkster answered Sunday July 25 2004, 10:55 pm: You mean indoor or outdoor exercises? Some good cardio/aerobic exercises are jogging in place, running, playing sports, etc. Just go outside and run around or something. Lol, hope this helps. <3 Sporkster [ Sporkster's advice column | Ask Sporkster A Question ]
accolade answered Sunday July 25 2004, 5:59 pm: one of the best things you can do to excersise is a fast walk. running too much can hurt your muscles and bones, plus, if you're just walking fast, you can go for longer.
cruches are really good for working out your abs, as are sit-ups.
go to toneteen.com (it might be teentone.com... i can't remember) for extra help.
hope i helped, and if you need more ideas, just ask.

JimNYGfan88 answered Sunday July 25 2004, 5:47 pm: really easy ones are jumping jacks...i usually do that when i dont feel like going outside and it really does the trick. Try to do 100 jumping jacks every 2 hours it really helped me drop off some extra weight. Of course you would need to be on a diet as well if you want to lose the weight along with it, but if you feel like mainting your weight...this is a great thing to do cuz you can eat normally (don't go crazy) and do this without gaining an ounce. crystal200022us answered Sunday July 25 2004, 5:29 pm: Some exercises I do are leg lifts which you lay on one side and prop your head up with your hand and then bring your leg up and down. I recommend doing 30 on each leg to start out with but if that is too easy then do more. Also, I do arm curls which you get small weights if you have them and then bring your arms down in front of you and while keeping your elbows still you bring the weights up to your chest. One last thing, are crunches or situps and definitely walking is good for you. I hope this helps and good luck.
