crystal200022us answered Saturday July 24 2004, 12:50 am: I definitely recommend, for the stomach, to do crunches. Try starting out with maybe 30. If that's easy, then definitely do more. Also, for the arms I recommend getting small weights and doing arm curls and I would do as many as you can for those. That should help gain muscle. These are the things I do almost every night. grlhockeyplaya77 answered Friday July 23 2004, 11:38 pm: Sports are a great way to get in shape. Dont bother with diets like south beach and atkins and stuff like that....eating healthey and regular exercise works great! Watch the sugers! Even just talking a walk daily works well!
