Lately I've noticed that my friend's ex-boyfriend has been wanting to be around me alot. It's really sucky, because he was so mean to my friend! He constantly put her down & even told her she was a "fat cow". I've tried being subtle about the fact that I don't want him around me because he's so rude, but that just seems to make him hang around me more. He's really nice to ME, but that's how he was when he started dating my friend & then he just acted so jerk-ish afterward. I'm soooo confused, help!

Why are you around him....look boyfriends may come and go but a good friend will be with you when you need him/her. There are so many other ppl in this world to hang out with, to be friends with. Put yourself in your friends situation....not cool right. Tell him if he doesnt stop then your not going to speak to him, your friend is there for you, he isnt always going to be. Dont lose a friendship over some jerk
texangirl01 answered Sunday July 18 2004, 3:16 pm: well don't date him or anything if you know how he is in a relationship....if he starts being a jerk then just tell him to go away or tell him that the way he is acting is really rude and no girl likes to be treated like that [ texangirl01's advice column | Ask texangirl01 A Question ]
Sw3eTi3_xO answered Sunday July 18 2004, 3:06 pm: Have you tried avoiding him? It might not seem like the best advice, but ya know, it could work. You obviously don't need nor want to be with this guy .. look at the kind of guy he is. All I can say is either avoid him or tell him straight out how you feel!!
