i think im fat i am to obsessed with dieting im 16 5'0 and weight 114lbs i think i am so fat even thought every1 thinks im not...i dont no why..i work out 4 times a week..and i eat really healthy...but lately i havent aten to healthy..my friends all think im ganna become anerixic and im scared 2..i check every label carbs calories everhything it drives everyone crazy and its starting 2 drive me crazy what should i do?

i think u should just relax and dont take eating so seriously lol im not saying not to check the carbs nd stuff but dont starve urself b/c then u can become anorexic nd thats not good. ]
anyways u are not fat. there are ppl in my grade that weigh that much and they are only 14 yrs old. anyways y check the labels for nutrient facts? that is a little weird especailly ur age. i no it wont help when ppl say ur fat. cuz im going through the same thing. listen to ur peers they know u. but u know ur body. its tru if u dont stop becoming body consious something bad might happen....i hope i helped....good luck ]
Well first of all YoUr NoT FaT!! I dont know if your going to become anorexic or not because i dont know much about it but i think that maybe you should just tone down your dietary life like if you like eating healthy than eat healthy but dont keep track of how much of it you eat. ]
Just dont think about what they say ... your not skinny enough to be anerixic i mean your like the perfect weight so just like stop looking at calories and stuff and just EAT YOUR HEART AWAY

ok well your not fat its good that u work out alot because even if u ate healthy and didnt work out then u could still gain wieght but u need to eat because my one freind we thought she was getting anerixic like ur friends r thinking about u now well she turned out to be anerixic i know its a scary thing for ur friends because i was scared to that she was goin to dye but we got her eatign again and now she is fine

well first of all..ur not over weight at all...if you lost anymore wieght ud dissapear!! lol. but its ok tht ur watchin wut u eat..but dont take it 2 far. your probably feeling the way you are bc you changed you diet lately (u sed u hvnt beeneating healthy lately..) so get back on track 2 ur old diet n ull prly feel fine! just dont do sumthn ur gunna regret... ]
