help my friends a big time poser

Question Posted Wednesday July 14 2004, 1:05 pm

one of my really good friends is always trying to be what shes not. i can tell she just does it for attention, and she really isnt all she cracks herself up to be. my other friends have tried to talk to her about it and she totally took it the wrong way and i know talking to her about it will make a huge mess. im sick of watching her lie about stupid stuff that we all know isnt true and watching her make an ass out of herself. i know its not totally my business, but what would you do in this situation??

Personally,I'd enjoy watching my friend make an ass out of himself. However, since you don't,I'd say the following: Listen,so and so,we don't get why you're putting up this bullshit front to other people. You're not impressing them and you're certainly not impressing us,your friends. Take last week when you.... Tell her she's not fooling anybody and the best thing to do is be herself.
