uh.... Well, I'm 12 years old and 5'3, I'm only 100 pounds but i look fat, people ask me how much I weigh and I say around 100 and they don't believe me, they think I weight more than that. This really ticks me off so I was wondering if I should loose weight and look thinner or what

Don't lose weight on account of what other people say. Just ignore them! If you are comfortable about the way you look then it shouldn't matter what others say! It only matters what you think about yourself and not others! Hope I could've helped!!! ]
if youre comfortable with yourself, then why change because of someone else? but if your really want to then go ahead lose a little wait. but 100 pounds is deffinetly not over weight.

u should exercise...n that's it eat healthy..dont loose weight though...just try to give ur body a nice shape so u wont look fat..n that would b doing exercises!! good luck xoxo effy ]
I'm 5'3 and weight 130..i'm not fat though. Different ppl carry their wieght differently. Also is most of your mass fat or musscle? Se Muscle weight twice as much as fat so if you have no muscle and only fat then ya your gonna look fat. Just take out simple carbs, lower your proportion size, and exercise. Try to get your fat off becasue 1. it's not healthy 2. it make you lazy 3. you'll die early 4. if you have body fat know then you'll have it alot worste as an adult

I dont think thats fat at all.But u might need to tone your body.Like get some muscle.So try lifting weights...running..etc.Hope i helped u out!=)

It might just be baby fat. You're probably also big-boned, which accounts for the "looking fat" part. Don't lose weight, you're fine the way you are. I was your size when I was 14, and if anything, I was underweight then.

your not fat at all it might just be muscle or u may be big boned which is ok 2 ]
you shouldnt try to lose weight just because of what people say..if your not comfortable with yourself then do what you want..but if you just want to lose weight because of what people are saying thats bad..try not to let it get to you! ]
