Check your newspaper, first of all. If you get the Charlotte Observer, then look in the arts and books section on Sunday. They put listings up for upcoming auditions.(the inside front page of the section, normally.) Also, go online, and search for Youth theatres in your county. Most youth theaters hold auditions for people up to their early twenties- and make sure to try out for any play that you can! Most schools have about 2 plays a year, so get involved in those, if you can. Have fun! If you want more information, email me at rain2follow@yahoo.com. I've been around most of NC, and I act, and I know some pretty cool places!

Search online for an agent first but, also look in the newspaper and online for open auditions. Good Luck!

well since ur young first start out in theater...there is probably theater group in your area that performs plays that are pretty big. do that for a while and once you've been a lead and gotten good parts in a number of plays try finding an agent or sending your pic to talent companies. tell your parents about your dreams. just get experience first so u have a good resume. and if u do find a talent company dont pay for acting school, you should never have to pay!! hope i helped!!

You can start by looking in the paper for any auditions in your area. Or you can look online. Mostly I would say look in the paper because auditions are usually in there! rate me plz and good luck!
