1) Oral - using your mouth, for either a guy or girl, for sexual pleasure on a partner.
2) Head - oral sex for a guy specifically.
3) 69 - Oral sex between two people but at the same time. So, you've got one person flipped with their head in the direction of the other persons feet so they can give oral sex to the other person while at the same time their partner is doing the same for them.

Head is basically the same thing as oral.

oral is when you use your mouth on your partners sexual parts, a 69er is when you and your partner give each other oral at the same time (see the number 6 is 9 backwards and vice verca) but i dunno what head is.
