what do i do when i feel like everytime i get down or upset or depressed sometimes for no reason that i wanna kill myself.. or hurt myself... what can i do for help? my friends help by keeping me from actually doing it but im tired of feeling like i should do it.. i use to cut but my friends stoped me from doing that... what should i do?

I used to do the same thing then i started getting actual help for it and i know how you feel you feel like life isnt important, no one really cares, lifes just not worth taking this much pain no more. Yes if im right thats how i felt then i found out i actually had a depression problem. And whats wrong with you is nothing your probably just at that difficult stage in your life right now. Where you think when you get mad that life isnt worth it. But it is dont try it because if you actually succeed your dead you can never com e back. And just think of your family and friends that care about you no matter what. I hope i helped iif you need advice about it any more or have questions dont be afraid to write back.

If you are depressed you should get medicine to help not feel like you want to kill yourself. LykViolencUhavMe answered Saturday June 19 2004, 9:22 pm: well wanting to hurt urself for bad things going on in ur life is, sadly, quite common. one reason some people do it is cause they feel like cutting or w/e will get rid of w/e other pain they have and it will distract them. and while in a way this is a good idea its not because harming urself is never a good idea. however maybe stabing a pillow or something instead could also relieve the same pain. just whenever u have the urge to hurt urself try doing something else that can express that pain w/ out inflicting it upon urself. storageanddisposal answered Saturday June 19 2004, 7:49 pm: I went through a similar phase. If you have no reason for being depressed, go see a psychiatrist to see if you need to taKE anything. If you are depressed because of something that happened, or a number of things that happened, then talk to someone about it. Talking to a close friend of mine about everything that bothered me helped a lot. It also helps to keep busy.
