Can you see eyeliner from above ?
I usually apply black eyeliner ( just one layer ) very near the ends of my eyelids ( the part where your eyelashes grow from ) . I would like to know if someone taller than me would be able to see my eyeliner . =)

I'd suggest asking someone taller than you. But the real answer is that it probably depends on your eyes (brow bone, deep set, eyelid) and whether or not your eyes are closed.

They would be able to see the eyeliner just as well as a short person. Usually people don't see different perspective views from heigth. I hope i answered your question.

they probably cant see it if its one layer but make sure its smoothed out so it looks more natural try not to smear it :]

well i dont think they can and if they did its ok cause girls wear make up and if they can seee it dont worry about it
